For Families

Treat caregivers with respect and dignity
Honor scheduled appointments or provide timely cancellation
Pay for services as agreed upon

For Caregivers

Maintain required certifications and background checks
Provide professional, quality care services
Honor scheduled appointments or provide timely notice
Maintain confidentiality of client information

For CareHub Partners

Maintain a welcoming, safe environment
Provide accurate business information
Honor partnership commitments and programs
Respect senior dignity and community standards

Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

✗Provide false or misleading information
✗Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
✗Violate any laws or regulations
✗Attempt to circumvent payment systems
✗Share login credentials with others
✗Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
✗Interfere with platform security or functionality

Payment Terms

Service Fees: Senioritis charges a service fee for connecting families with caregivers. Fees are clearly disclosed before any transaction.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. You agree to their terms when making payments.

Refunds: Refund policies vary by service type. Contact our support team for assistance with refund requests.

Disputes: Any payment disputes should be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.

Limitation of Liability

Platform Role: Senioritis is a platform connecting users. We do not employ caregivers or provide direct care services.

Background Checks: While we verify certain information, users are responsible for their own due diligence and safety precautions.

Service Quality: Senioritis is not liable for the quality of services provided by caregivers or the conduct of users.

Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for content or services provided by third-party websites or partners.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
